At Factorial, we are looking for a high-potential intern to join the Demand Generation team and support partner marketing initiatives across ROW (UK&I, Poland, Africa, CEE, SEE) markets.
This is not a purely operational role. You will work on real B2B campaigns, high-impact events and strategic content initiatives linked directly to pipeline and revenue generation.
The role combines creative execution, structured thinking and operational coordination. It is ideal for someone who wants to understand how growth marketing works in practice, beyond theory.

Strategic Content & Campaign Assets
Creation of partner-facing content: email copies, campaign messaging, landing drafts
Design and adaptation of sales decks, enablement kits and event presentations
Development of visual assets: flyers, banners, email templates, event materials
Ensuring brand consistency and visual coherence across campaigns
Campaign & Asset Management
Maintaining and structuring the internal content hub
Organizing templates and campaign materials for scalability
Supporting documentation and post-event materials
Events & Vendor Coordination
Coordinating merchandising production and supplier follow-ups
Supporting logistics for B2B events and partner activations
Assisting on-site during selected events
Managing timelines to ensure flawless execution
How to build B2B demand generation campaigns end-to-end
How partner marketing drives pipeline and revenue
How branding, sales enablement and growth strategy connect
How to coordinate vendors and manage marketing execution under deadlines
How to structure complex ideas into clear, persuasive presentations
This internship offers direct exposure to strategic partners, cross-functional teams and real business impact.
Background in Marketing, Business or Graphic Design
Strong interest in B2B marketing and content creation
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong visual criteria and presentation skills
Ability to translate ideas into structured slides and assets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong Google Slides / Canva / Illustrator skills
Experience with Figma
Familiarity with content organization tools (Drive, Notion or similar)
Basic knowledge of email marketing or CRM tools is a plus
