  • Strategic Partnerships/Partners Marketing

Hello! πŸ‘‹

At Factorial, we're looking for a UK Demand Generation & Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale a predictable, multi-channel revenue stream in the UK.

Your mission is simple: generate qualified demand, create pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth through a combination of inbound, outbound, paid, CRM, events, webinars, content, and partner marketing.

You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships, owning the strategy and execution across the demand generation funnel. Partners will be an important growth channel, but you'll also be responsible for identifying and developing other opportunities to diversify and scale UK pipeline.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer with strong UK market experience who knows how to connect different channels and turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue.

About the team πŸ‘₯

Our Global Expansion team is responsible for building and scaling Factorial's presence across international markets.

As part of the UK Marketing & Demand Generation team, you'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Product Marketing, CRM, Paid, Content, Events, and other Marketing teams to build a connected go-to-market engine for the UK.

You'll have significant ownership over the UK demand generation strategy, with the freedom to test new channels, build campaigns from the ground up, and determine where we should invest to generate the strongest commercial impact.

What you'll do πŸ“

  • Own the UK demand generation strategy, aligned with pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Build and execute a multi-channel marketing plan across inbound, outbound, paid, CRM, events, webinars, content, ABM, and partner marketing.

  • Develop integrated campaigns around priority ICP segments, industries, accounts, products, and commercial priorities.

  • Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to create targeted campaigns that support pipeline generation and conversion.

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition and inbound conversion, working with Paid, CRM, and Growth teams.

  • Develop lifecycle and re-engagement campaigns to convert and nurture existing leads and pipeline.

  • Build targeted outbound and ABM programs in collaboration with Sales.

  • Develop partner marketing programs with strategic UK partners, including co-marketing campaigns, events, webinars, content, and partner-led demand generation.

  • Act as a marketing advisor to partners, helping them activate their audiences and generate pipeline for Factorial.

  • Own the UK events and webinar strategy, ensuring activities are connected to broader campaigns and commercial goals.

  • Measure performance across the funnel and continuously optimize based on pipeline, revenue, conversion, CAC, and ROI.

  • Manage marketing budgets and external agencies/vendors where required.

  • Share UK market insights and successful initiatives with the wider Marketing and GTM organization.

What are we looking for? 🎯

Must-have

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, or a similar role, ideally in SaaS or technology.

  • Strong experience working in the UK market and a good understanding of UK B2B/SaaS audiences and go-to-market dynamics.

  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies.

  • Hands-on experience across several of the following: paid, CRM/lifecycle, inbound, outbound, events, webinars, content, ABM, and partner marketing.

  • Experience working closely with Sales and/or BDR teams to generate qualified pipeline.

  • Experience working with partners, resellers, referral partners, agencies, or other indirect channels.

  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline, revenue, and ROI, not just leads.

  • Data-driven approach and ability to use performance insights to optimize campaigns and investment.

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Native-level English or equivalent professional fluency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or other technology environments.

  • Experience owning a market or regional demand generation strategy.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid channels.

  • Experience managing MDFs or Marketing Development Plans (MDPs).

  • Previous commercial, sales, partnerships, or customer-facing experience.

The profile we're looking for πŸ’‘

We're looking for a full-funnel marketer, not a channel specialist.

You don't need to be an expert in every channel. What matters is that you understand how different marketing levers work together to create a predictable revenue engine.

You should be able to look at the UK market and ask:

Where can our next €1M of pipeline come from?

Then build, launch, measure, and optimize the campaigns to get there.

You should be comfortable working across strategy and execution, using data to decide what to scale, what to change, and what to stop.

You don't need to be a partner marketing specialist. You need to be a strong demand generation marketer who knows how to leverage partners as a growth channel.

Growth & ownership πŸš€

This role offers significant ownership over UK demand generation and pipeline growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape the market strategy, experiment across channels, build new acquisition programs, and directly influence revenue.

Factorial bets on potential and growth. If you don't meet every point of the job description but believe you can make an impact, we'd still love to hear from you.
