At Factorial, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our rapid growth in the DACH market. This role is essential to elevate our People Team, helping us attract and onboard top talent as we expand our presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.


About the role 🚀


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent at all levels within the organization. Working closely with Hiring Managers and Directors, you will fully understand their needs, lead the recruitment process, and ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into our team. Your expertise in identifying and engaging exceptional candidates will be key to building high-performing, innovative teams that drive our company’s success.


Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept ✨


  • Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume review, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioural interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with the different teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing etc...) to understand their needs and priorities and advise them during the process.
  • Be creative and propose action plans to continually identify new talents: sourcing methods, events, community management etc...
  • Ensure the best Candidate Experience all along the in all the stages of the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing passive candidates and engaging them into our process from different channels.
  • Help the team with different side projects as People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and much more!


Qualifications 🚀

  • Fluent in German and English – you can charm candidates in two languages!
  • Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition in the DACH market, ideally with the hustle of a tech company pro.
  • Skilled at juggling roles across the organization – from sales to finance to engineering (and everything in between).
  • A recruitment ninja: you know all the sourcing tricks, assessment hacks, and interview moves.
  • People person with communication superpowers – you’re great at building rapport and convincing others that we’re the place to be.
  • Organizational wizardry: you handle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat and don’t miss a single detail.
  • ATS and recruitment tools? You know them like the back of your hand.
  • Thrives in the fast lane, adapting quickly to whatever curveballs our dynamic environment throws your way.
