Role Responsibilities

Each day presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities. However, certain tasks may include:

• Support end-to-end Payroll Connect operations, including discovery, partner matching, workflow documentation, and process consistency across teams.

• Ensure accuracy and alignment of Payroll Connect data across CRM, internal databases, and product systems, acting as the reference for data quality.

• Produce dashboards and reports to monitor deals, payroll volume, and MRR performance.

• Provide data-driven operational support to internal teams, track KPIs and SLAs, and ensure proper issue routing and follow-up.

• Improve scalability by automating manual tasks and optimizing internal workflows.

Role Requirements

• Finished a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data / Analytics

• 1–2 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC.

• Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. Itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models.

• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.

• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
