Role Responsibilities

Ech day presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities. However, certain tasks may include:

  • Develop new ideas that will move the needle and execute them effectively, such as new Go-To-Market actions with strategic partners

  • Own the reporting to management team of the partners in order to give visibility and suggest new initiatives

  • Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams to ensure effective implementation.

  • Set up and maintain best-in-class tracking systems to monitor the business and make data-driven decisions

  • Find new strategic partnership outside of Spain

  • Replicate Spanish success case in the rest of markets

Role Requirements

  • Finished a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.

  • 1-3 year work experience in strategy consulting/ investment banking/ M&A/ PE/ VC.

  • Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models.

  • Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish. French, German or Italian is a nice to have.
