Strategic Project Manager

At Factorial we're looking for a Strategic Project Manager to help us take our product to the next level

🚀The Role ✨

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead Strategic projects, including the ownership of our Marketplace product, and boosting our developer partner network. You will be a key part of this process, exploring and prioritizing business opportunities, finding and solving blockers, and collecting all the feedback to develop an amazing products and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full project lifecycle of the Marketplace and other strategic initiatives to unlock new business opportunities at scale
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement. High degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Strategy, Product, Finance, Go-to-Market (GTM), Operations, and other critical areas within the company
• Develop detailed project plans, including business impact, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management. Own the plan end-to-end and execute it to success
• Serve as the primary area owner between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed, engaged and aligned at all times
• Be data-first and leverage analytics to make business decisions, measure impact and continuously optimize performance for scale

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within a startup or consulting environment (+3 years). Strategy experience a plus.
• Data-first - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving projects to completion.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• Business driven and obsessed with impact. You define the product strategies that make the business goals and provide value to users.
• Actively find ways to improve processes and results through detailed interactions, even if they're outside of your comfort zone.
• Experience with platform integrations is a big plus.
• Can deal with uncertainty, find problems worth solving and make plans to execute solutions.
• Comfortable with fast-paced and challenging environments.
• You can speak and write in English fluently. Other languages are highly valued: Spanish, French, Italian and German
