The Role
As a Strategic Partner Business Developer (PBD), your mission is to drive pipeline and partner success by acting as a proactive advisor and connector between partners and sales teams. Key responsibilities include:
Partner & Sales Enablement
Serve as the central point of contact and proactive advisor for sales teams.
Strengthen partner relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement.
Design and deliver sales enablement trainings to equip sales teams with partner knowledge and strategies.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Plan and lead portfolio screenings to identify high-impact opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule demos with prospects and partners.
Define and execute pipeline generation strategies to maximize partner-driven leads.
Provide strategic feedback to the Account Manager (AcM) to optimize partner engagement.
Reactivate stalled deals and ensure a clean, active, and predictable pipeline.
Lead Generation & Engagement
Generate and qualify high-quality leads from the partner ecosystem.
Engage prospects through cold calls (60–80/day), emails, social outreach, campaigns, and networking.
Collaborate closely with PAEs, Demand Gen, CX teams, and Partner Sales Management to ensure alignment.
Analyze prospect business needs, processes, and potential solutions to support sales efforts.
Your Profile
Native-level German and fluent English.
Previous experience in Sales (Customer Success, Project Management, Partnerships, or similar roles are highly valued).
Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation.
Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospects and partner stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, accountable, creative, team-oriented, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow in a fast-scaling team.
Excited to actively contribute to constant improvement and evolution—we embrace a strong culture of change!
Bonus Points
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, Notion, etc.
Background in Partnerships or Sales within a SaaS or digital environment.
Solid understanding of how to build and execute successful outbound campaigns.
