Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager (m/f/d) to lead the organic/ai growth strategy for the DACH region. You’ll join an international SEO team of three SEO Managers, leading by a Head of SEO with 13+ years of experience.
Your mission: drive visibility, traffic, and qualified leads through data-driven SEO/AI strategies tailored to the German market.
Develop and execute the SEO/AI strategy for the DACH market (on-page, off-page & technical)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP landscape reviews to identify new growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with content, product, and growth teams to ensure SEO alignment across all channels
Create and optimize content briefs to target user intent and boost conversions
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like GSC, Ganalytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
Participate in global SEO projects and knowledge sharing within the team
Minimum 5 years of experience as a SEO Manager, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment
Fluent in German is mandatory
Polish is a strong plus
Proven expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics
Proficiency with major SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
