Who You’ll Be Working With 👩‍💻

You’ll join a team of highly motivated engineers who share a deep understanding of the business and product development. The culture is collaborative, fast-moving, and built around ownership and growth. You'll report to the Engineering Manager, working closely with product leaders and other engineers to define the product roadmap and priorities.

You’ll also collaborate with peers from marketing, sales, and design to ensure the product aligns with user needs and company objectives. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be crucial for success.

What We’re Looking For 📄

We are looking for someone with a business-driven, product-focused mindset, combined with solid technical skills. Below are the key skills and experience we expect:

• Business Mindset & Product Focus: You have a strong understanding of business goals and know how to translate them into technical solutions. A passion for building user-centric products with a deep product mindset. You care about creating value for the business through the product.

• Startup Experience or high paced workflow: Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments where you’ve had to be agile, adaptable, and proactive. Exposure to e-commerce or similar consumer-facing products would be an advantage.

• Fullstack experience is ideal, but front-end focus will also work if you have a deep understanding of how the front-end ties into the overall product and business.

• Solid experience with modern front-end technologies (React) and backend (Ruby on Rails preferred, but others are not a blocker)

• Senior Level Technical Skills: Expertise in coding best practices, architectural decisions, and scalable, maintainable software. A senior-level understanding of software engineering concepts and the ability to drive technical decisions.

• Prioritization & Execution: You should be able to balance technical debt with delivering new features quickly. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, focus on the most impactful work, and deliver quality code on time.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define requirements, plan features, and execute on business needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
