Senior Sales Trainer

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Sales Trainer, you will own and lead key training initiatives, specialize in advanced sales methodologies, and work closely with leadership to align training programs with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver advanced training programs tailored to specific sales roles (e.g., SDR, AE, CX).
• Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNA) to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
• Create and launch new training modules for advanced selling techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.
• Mentor and coach Junior Trainers to ensure consistent quality and delivery of training programs.
• Analyze training outcomes, using data to measure performance improvements and optimize programs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align enablement strategies with revenue and pipeline goals.
• Serve as the point of contact for sales teams, providing ongoing support and guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in sales training, sales enablement, or a similar role; previous experience in sales and/or account management is highly valued.
• Sales Methodologies: Deep knowledge of frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead training programs and mentor junior team members.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to measure training impact and drive improvements.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a HUGE plus.
