We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience across various products to join one of our teams. This role requires full ownership of your area, the ability to work autonomously, and the skills to lead from both a strategic and execution perspective. You’ll need a self-starter attitude, thrive in ambiguity, and balance long-term vision with urgent execution. What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Product Manager for Foundations at Factorial, you will:

• Own the product area: Understand the current information architecture and how it connects across all Factorial product teams. Define the product vision and strategy.
• Lead product execution: Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to bring the team's vision to life. Define and prioritize the roadmap, including key initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with clients, other Product teams, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to deeply understand user needs and the HR landscape, identifying opportunities to create value.
• Drive impact: Be accountable for business outcomes, product success metrics, and the continuous improvement of your product area.

What We’re Looking For

You're likely a great fit if you:

• Have proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (ideally 4+ years owning the full product lifecycle).
• Have a strong interest in web and mobile UX, with a sensitivity to simple, intuitive, and user-friendly design — especially for complex solutions.
• Enjoy tackling broad, ambiguous problems and shaping them into concrete, scalable, and generic solutions.
• Are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working in a scaling company where process and priorities evolve quickly.
• Are highly motivated by discovery and solution validation, and are business-driven with a focus on product scalability.
• Are data-driven: you analyze usage data to understand user behavior, define success metrics, and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
• Have strong communication skills: you’re confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for your product vision internally and externally, including with senior leadership and customers.
• Have experience with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies: our PMs are closely aligned with Marketing and Sales to ensure impactful product launches.
• Speak fluent English and Spanish (additional languages such as French, Italian, or German are a plus).

Bonus Points if You:

• Have experience working in HR tech or in related product domains.
• Have worked in hyper-growth environments where adaptability and speed are essential.

Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is between 67.000€ (57.000€ fix + 10.000€ based on performance payed quarterly) and 76.500€ (65.000€ fix + 11.500€ based on performance payed quarterly). We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
