What you'll do

You will partner with a team of designers, product managers, and engineers to shape, build, and test strategic solutions that drive user and business outcomes.

From research to wireframing, to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will craft products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way, while considering every small detail.

You will think holistically across all Factorial surfaces to design opinionated solutions for vertical products, while maintaining consistency across the platform.

• You know how to balance user, market, and business inputs, along with your own intuition and guts.
• You are autonomous, resourceful, and can work with constraints as an opportunity to drive creativity.
• You know how to work closely with Software Engineers to understand the technical constraints behind your designs
• You think in systems and are able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors across the platform.
• You care deeply about details and constantly push your designs until they are pixel-perfect and bug-free.
• You can clearly communicate your decisions to a wide range of partners. Plus, you do this with clear and concise writing.

Compensation

The salary range for this position starts at 50,000€. We aren't considering the number of years of your experience, but rather your knowledge and skills.

How to apply

We know applying for a job takes time, and we want you to have a great experience! These are the steps of the recruiting process for this position:

1. First Interview (1 hour).The first thing is to know each other (going deeper into your professional experience and thinking) and align expectations, so make sure to ask any questions you have about Factorial: team, organization, design, etc.
2. Challenge (8h max.). We need to validate your knowledge and estimate your level before joining Factorial. The challenge is fictional but simulates a situation you could find working as a designer at Factorial.
3. Presentation (1 hour). Once you finish the challenge, we'll schedule a second interview with the rest of the team to meet each other and evaluate your challenge through different questions.
4. Meeting our CEO (1 hour). We want you to meet the people who founded Factorial, so feel free to ask any questions!
5. Offer Letter. If everything plays out, we'll make you a formal offer based on all the steps above.
