About the Opportunity

Hello there! We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager to structure, prioritise, and optimise all initiatives within our Marketing & Brand teams. This role goes beyond task management—you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment, flawless execution, and timely delivery.

This position requires a strong strategic mindset, a deep understanding of marketing execution, and the ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving projects. You will act as the central coordination hub, ensuring teams collaborate efficiently, budgets are optimised, and all campaigns uphold Factorial’s high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key liaison between the Brand and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from planning to execution, across small and large-scale marketing campaigns, including digital, out-of-home (OOH), and multi-channel initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to keep teams on track.
  • Ensure strategic alignment by assessing the impact and feasibility of each project, challenging ideas where necessary and ensuring they drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Work closely with creative production teams to develop high-quality, high-volume assets across multiple channels.
  • Uphold Factorial’s brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
  • Oversee budgets and vendor relationships, from reviewing cost estimates to handling contracts and invoices.
  • Implement efficient processes and optimise workflows, acting as the central source of truth for all key project documentation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and campaign data, using insights to optimise future projects and maximise ROI.

Core Skills & Experience

Strategic Decision-Making & Prioritisation – Strong ability to assess project impact, make data-driven decisions, and effectively prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution – Proven experience in managing both small and large-scale marketing campaigns, including OOH activations, digital marketing, and multi-channel strategies.
Deep Understanding of B2B Marketing – Expertise in B2B channels and tactics, with a strong track record in demand generation, brand awareness, and lifecycle campaigns.
Creative Asset Production & Execution – Experience collaborating with creative production teams to deliver high-quality, high-volume assets across various formats.
Cross-Functional & International Collaboration – Experience working with global marketing teams, ensuring alignment across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Process Optimisation & Organisational Leadership – Ability to streamline workflows, improve team collaboration, and centralise project management.
Performance-Driven Mindset – Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting to ensure high-impact results.
Budget & Resource Management – Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and balance cost-efficiency with high-quality execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign execution, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Notion (workflow organisation), Slack (team communication), and Figma (design file navigation & review).
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, etc.) and marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – Additional languages are a bonus!
