Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept 🚀


As the SDR Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our expanding team, focusing specifically on leading and advancing the sales efforts for the performance and expenses features of our cutting-edge HR software. You'll be instrumental in the growth and success of a newly established team dedicated to this strategic initiative.


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage a team of inbound SDR for the DACH regions.
  • Make your decisions based on the most important KPI’s and boost your team’s productivity.
  • Support your team in reaching their goals by delivering ongoing sales trainings and developing their skills.
  • Motivate your team and give feedback constantly!
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing & Partner Managers on unified Account Prospecting Strategy.
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work.
  • Maintain consistency in hitting individual and team MRR and Demo targets!
  • Work with Sale Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement the proper techniques & tools training
  • Work hand in hand with Account Executives Team Leaders and the Sales director to give feedback about how the team works.


Your Profile 🧐

  • Possess a Hunter & Farmer mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.
  • Experience leading a team of SDR / BDR and managing people.
  • Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
  • Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
  • Proactively generate and champion new ideas, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
  • Exhibit full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.
  • You speak German as native and excellent level of English.
