We’re looking for a Sales Systems QA & Enablement Specialist who is passionate about digging into Systems, pulling on the thread until the issue is identified and explaining and teaching best practices to others.

In this role, you’ll safeguard the correct functioning as the well as the correct usage of our Sales Systems (CRM, Conversation Intelligence, Scheduling, VoiP, Sales Engagement Platform). It’s a mix of deeply focused investigative work, concise documentation and collaborative teaching & enablement.

What you’ll be doing

Systems Quality Assurance

  • Audit SDR & AE workflows to ensure adherence to playbooks, cadences, and lead & deal handling requirements (e.g., number of touches before archiving a lead)

  • Define & monitor the correct usage of prospecting and CRM tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Modjo, Chilipiper, etc.) and flag inconsistencies or missed steps (e.g., outreach to accounts not owned by the SDR). Analyze trends in deviations, inefficiencies, or missed opportunities and provide actionable insights to Sales Managers and the SOPS team

  • Identify and escalate data issues including duplicates, missing fields, invalid contacts, and incorrect lead dispositions (e.g., Aircall tags, rejection reasons)

Sales Systems Support

  • Resolve any kind of systems related requests from sales teams

  • Identify patterns in requests and proactively look for a remedy, treat the root cause instead of the symptom

  • Identify any integration issues that may become apparent and work with your team mates to resolve them

Systems Enablement

  • Ensure correct Systems onboarding of all new joiners in Sales, including access management

  • Create and maintain documentation on how we use our tool stack

  • Partner with enablement to refine training and sales playbooks based on QA findings

You’ll Be a Great Fit if You…

  • are fluent in English (written and spoken) — other languages are a plus 🌍

  • Bring 2+ years of experience in Sales, SDR, Sales Ops, Client Acquisition, or Quality roles (SaaS background strongly preferred)

  • LOVE Systems with a sharp eye for detail — spotting patterns comes naturally to you

  • Enjoy coaching and giving constructive feedback; you’re part teacher, part detective
