At Factorial we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst in our Barcelona office. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The role
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key sales metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with the sales team to optimize sales processes and workflows, including lead management and pipeline management
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as pricing optimization, market segmentation, and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies and goals.
- Assist in the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives on systems, processes, and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
Your Profile
- Hubspot knowledge and previous experience on a similar position is a plus
- Organization and attention to details is a must
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard
- Experience in creating complex reports, dashboards and documenting processes
