At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Portuguese Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving new business growth, you'll be in charge of identifying and prospecting potential customers, qualifying inbound leads, and booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

What you'll do πŸ“

  • Own the early stages of the sales cycle: prospect, research, and qualify leads.

  • Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns and other outreach channels (expect ~60–80 touchpoints per day).

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads coming from marketing or other internal teams.

  • Book high-quality meetings with key decision-makers.

  • Provide feedback to AEs and Marketing about lead quality, persona trends and blockers.

  • Maintain your pipeline organized and up-to-date in HubSpot.

  • Test new messaging, share learnings, and iterate based on what works.

What are we looking for 🎯

  • Native-level Portuguese & professional English.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, BDR or similar roles β€” ideally in SaaS or digital environments.

  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, and you know how to structure a smart conversation.

  • Highly resilient, proactive and comfortable hearing β€œno” (a lot!).

  • Well-organized and able to manage your own pipeline and priorities.

  • A strong communicator β€” clear, persuasive, and confident.

  • Familiar with CRM tools (like HubSpot) and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • You have experience working with or selling to the Portuguese market.
