At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of creating new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth, you'll be in charge of prospecting potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and partnering with Account Executives to accelerate revenue growth.

What you'll do πŸ“

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities.

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business needs.

  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.

  • Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and effective sales process.

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to improve prospect engagement.

  • Track activities, pipeline progress, and prospect information using CRM tools.

  • Experiment with new prospecting approaches and continuously improve conversion rates.

What are we looking for? 🎯

  • Native or professional Italian and professional English.

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Confidence engaging with prospects through cold outreach.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-player attitude with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to take ownership of results and continuously improve performance.

  • Passion for technology, SaaS, and business growth.
