At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative (Inbound & Postbound) for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of generating qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth, you'll be in charge of qualifying inbound demand, driving postbound outreach, and creating new business opportunities for our Account Executives.

What you'll do πŸ“

  • Qualify inbound leads and identify high-potential opportunities for the sales team.

  • Execute postbound outreach campaigns to re-engage prospects and generate additional pipeline.

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, goals, and buying intent.

  • Engage prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant communication channels.

  • Schedule qualified meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

  • Analyze prospect information and continuously refine qualification and outreach strategies.

  • Manage activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using HubSpot and other sales tools.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and nurturing processes throughout the buyer journey.

What are we looking for? 🎯

  • Native or professional Italian and professional English.

  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role.

  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or digital environments is a plus.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable combining inbound lead qualification with proactive outreach activities.

  • Consultative mindset with strong listening and discovery skills.

  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, or similar platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and ownership mentality.
