We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to help us boost our expansion to the USA Market. If you enjoy challenges & fast paced environment, this job will be the right fit for you.

The Role

  • Prospecting, Strategizing, Qualifying and producing quality leads with the Account Executives;
  • Prospects into target accounts via high volume cold-calling (60-80 calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach;
  • Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions;
  • Seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts;
  • Confirm customer needs and develop initial customer profile;
  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Sales team;
  • Collaborate and strategize with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships Team and Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Sales background
  • Tech savvy, passionate about technology
  • Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle
  • Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
  • High volume cold calls & emails per day
  • Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS space is a plus
  • Team player and self-motivator
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment
  • Crush your goals and have fun while doing it!
  • This is an onsite position based in Miami

Bonus Points

  • Have experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel
  • Have experience in Sales at a SaaS-based company
  • Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns
  • Know how to implement an efficient qualification methodology through curiosity.
