What will you be doing? 👀

The Role 📜

  • Build strong relationships with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space.
  • Be the key point of contact of several of our partners (our partners sell, implement and support Factorial).
  • Manage partners' sales team (coach them, set objectives, track achievement, etc.).
  • Hold regular meetings through video link and onsite with all your partners and some of their clients to generate engagement and show them product updates that fit their use cases.
  • Identify potential partners, develop the relationship with them so they join our partners program.
  • Plan & execute product research tasks, talking with partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities in to further develop our Payroll products.
  • Channel our partners and clients needs and challenges internally to achieve the product developments needed. 
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to partners and clients’ queries.
  • Suggest additional Factorial products/services to partners that maximize the satisfaction of their clients.
  • Find solutions to ad hoc problems that your partners may have.
  • Work hand in hand with different teams - especially with the sales, product, and development team - you will be their main contact person, so the feedback you can provide them will be super valuable.

Your Profile 🧐

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset - the partners team is just getting started so there are no processes defined, we are learning as we do, we change plans constantly as we learn, ... Our team is be very comfortable with this level of change. This is a great opportunity to take part in the building of a new business from scratch!
  • You have previous experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
  • Have experience in Sales/ B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
  • You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
  • You have native Spanish level and are fluent in English.

  • You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
