At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive Upsell for the Portuguese Market to help us boost the company to the next level. You will play a pivotal role in our expanding team, focusing on the sales closing of specific features of our cutting-edge HR software, contributing to the growth of a team dedicated to this strategic initiative.

Our Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial. If youβre passionate about people and love turning a challenge into a great experience, youβll fit right in.
What you'll do π
Responsible for managing sales qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle.
Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationship with existing customers while focusing on the account development through upselling and cross selling.
Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives.
Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.
What are we looking for π―
Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.
Experience of 2 years in sales.
You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop
Experience in full-cycle sales B2B.
Previous experience in the SMBs market.
A proficient level of Portuguese is required & professional English. We are international!
