The Role📜
- Lead by example: you’ll manage your own pipeline while actively supporting your team of AEs throughout the full sales cycle- from prospecting to closing.
- Coach, develop, and inspire your team to reach and exceed their targets through strategic support, regular 1:1s, and hands-on deal guidance.
- Help your team build strong, consultative relationships with C-Level and VP-level stakeholders- you're their go-to resource for navigating complex sales conversations.
- Drive outbound strategy and account planning, ensuring your squad identifies the right opportunities and executes with precision.
- Foster collaboration across departments- SDRs, Marketing, Product, CX- to align efforts and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and provide clear visibility on team performance, pipeline health, and revenue potential.
- Champion the French market expansion by sharing insights, refining messaging, and building scalable sales playbooks and best practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, sharing your perspective on team needs, market feedback, and process improvements.
Your Profile
- French expert & professional use of English We are international!
- Possess a Hunter + Farmer mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
- Have at least 2 years of closing B2B sales within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.
- Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
- Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
- Proactively generate and champion new ideas, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
- Exhibit full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.
