As a Sales Account Executive for the Spanish Market, you will be one of the key drivers of that mission. You will not just sell software. You will partner with People, HR and business leaders to transform the way they run their organisations.

• Clear progression paths towards Senior Account Executive, Team Lead or other commercial leadership roles.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own and manage Sales Qualified Opportunities for the Spanish Market, delivering a premium buying experience from first contact to close.
• Identify, guide and support prospects throughout their decision making process until they become delighted customers.
• Design and execute creative account plans and strategies that help you hit and surpass your targets.
• Lead high level conversations with C Suite and senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor rather than just another vendor.
• Use consultative selling to uncover real pains, build tailored solutions and create urgency with confidence and integrity.
• Provide reliable and accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership so customers feel the full power of Factorial behind them.
• Work mainly from our buzzing Barcelona office with flexibility to incorporate remote work in line with mutual needs.

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for passion, drive and a spark of ambition. Someone who genuinely enjoys selling and building relationships.

• Minimum one year of experience closing deals. SaaS or B2B experience is a strong plus.
• A real passion for sales. You care about the craft, the psychology and the challenge.
• Ambitious and competitive in a healthy way, motivated by both individual and team success.
• Tech savvy with a strong curiosity for digital innovation and how businesses evolve.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to turn insights into compelling narratives.
• Confident using social selling, especially on LinkedIn and other modern sales tools.
• A natural relationship builder who listens, empathises and connects quickly.
• Proactive and full of initiative. You bring ideas and new perspectives without waiting to be asked.
• Analytical and detail oriented, with genuine respect for process, metrics and follow through.
• Comfortable owning forecasting and pipeline management and communicating around them.
• Native or very fluent Spanish and professional English. We are international and your work will be visible across markets.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE…

• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience in Sales or B2B within a SaaS or digital transformation environment.
• Knowledge of qualification methodologies that nurture curiosity, urgency and intent.
