The Role 📜
We are looking for a Sales Executive for the Spanish Market to join the Sales team and convince our potential clients that Factorial is the best solution for their HR management. We are focused on effectively positioning the product and personalizing relevance uniquely per customer, throughout the entire sales process.
What will you be doing:
- Responsible for managing Sales qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle.
- Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives.
- Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
- Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.
- This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in our offices daily on-site, with the flexibility to incorporate remote working according to mutual needs and agreements.
Your Profile 🧐
- Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals. Previous SaaS experience is highly appreciated.
- You are passionate about sales, ambitious, and focused to achieve the team's goals
- Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
- Demonstrate presentation skillset, with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging based on customer insights.
- Social selling proficiency, using LinkedIn and other relevant online tools.
- You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas
- You are analytical, accountable, and detail-oriented.
- Forecasting and pipeline management experience and critical communication skills.
- A proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English. We are international!

- Have experience using typical sales tools, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Have experience in Sales/ B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
- Understanding of how to implement an efficient qualification methodology that nurtures curiosity, urgency, and intent!
