At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive for the French Market team to help us boost the company to the next level.

Being a crucial part of Product Sales, the features Sales team has made an exponential growth and has been doubling sales month after month overpassing like this all the goals.

Expenses, Payroll and Talent Management are key and core functionalities and we want to forge a team of experts, so we can engage and deliver the best and most consultative experience to our current and potential customers. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs.


What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for managing Sales qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle for our specific functionality.
  • Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationship with existing customers while focusing on the account development through upselling and cross selling.
  • Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
  • Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives.
  • Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.


Your Profile 🧐

  • French expert speaker and are fluent in English.
  • You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
  • You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
  • Have experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
  • Hungry, persistent and ready to hustle while offering the best experience to customers and potential ones.


Bonus Points

  • You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software.
  • More than 2 years of experience in B2B sales execution &/or Full cycle.
  • You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
  • Previous experience in the SMBs market.
