Revops Systems Specialist

At Factorial we are looking for a CS Operations Systems Specialist. You will be part of a diverse Operations Team and will be supporting the Customer Success team of 250+ people from 20+ countries.

The role

CS Operations Systems Specialist plays a crucial role in building and maintaining our tech stack, optimizing and automating it to ensure smoother processes, higher satisfaction in usage and to drive revenue out of the tools we are buying.

• Maintain and optimize the CRM (Hubspot): Workflow audit and optimization
• Maintain and optimize the quote to cash system (DealHub), the call intelligence system (Gong), the client communication systems (Intercom and Jira) and the calling system (Aircall)
• Ensure users are active and in the right teams (cost optimization)
• ROI studies on existing tools
• Investigation for new tools adoption or replacement of current tools
• Cross-teams projects: Growth, marketing, finance, IT and product
• Handle Zapier connections and automations with other tools

Your Profile 🧐

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in cx or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
• Knowledge in different tooling systems (compensation software, quote to cash etc.)
• Ability to code in Java or Python
• Strong interest in AI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving industry.
