A RevOps Engineer is a hybrid role combining engineering, business acumen, GTM strategy, and growth hacking skills. This role focuses on optimizing processes, integrating GTM tools, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. The RevOps Engineer leverages technical expertise in Node.js, Python, APIs, AI Engineering, Prompt Engineering, and tools like Backend as a Service, Node scripts, and tool connections to streamline operations and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Streamline Operational Processes Through Automation:

Objective: Develop tools and automations to streamline operational processes.

Impact: Reduce time spent on manual tasks, accelerate sales cycles, and increase deal closure rates.

KPIs: Time reduction, cost reduction, improved tracking, new CX opportunities.

2. Create Revenue-Enhancing Innovations:

Objective: Create solutions that unlock new revenue streams and optimize conversion rates.

Impact: Improve lead acquisition and conversion, growing top-line revenue and expanding the customer base.

KPIs: Conversion rate increase, lead generation, time reduction.

3. Optimize and Scale Processes for Growth:

Objective: Identify inefficiencies and integrate scalable, repeatable workflows & Logics

Impact: Minimize bottlenecks, enhance productivity, and drive consistent, scalable revenue growth.

KPIs: Conversion rate increase, time reduction

Qualifications & Skills required

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic programming understanding is not enough, this person should enjoy learning and pushing themselves to push GTM limits with their technical knowledge. A good understanding of GTM stack might not be mandatory but highly recommended.
  • Automation & Scripting Knowledge: Working with Data and different programming languages is mandatory. The standard is node.js but other programming experiences or knowledge can be helpful.
  • Business Acumen: Familiar with sales processes, marketing strategies, and pipeline management.
  • Project Management: Strong execution skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and guide optimization decisions.
  • Problem-Hacking & Problem-Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving processes. Finding blockers is pretty often so havind a hacker mindset should be mandatory.
