At Factorial, we're on the lookout for a Product Operations Specialist to to help build and scale the operating system of the Product team at Factorial.
The Role ✨
As Product Operations Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in enabling our Product teams to focus on what they do best: building the right solutions for the right problems of our customers, fast.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You’ll be responsible for defining how we operate, how we measure success, and how we train and enable the organization to deliver impact through our products.
You’ll help us work smarter, make better decisions, and stay aligned across a fast-growing and increasingly complex product portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain the Operating System for Product teams—defining and organising processes, rituals, tools that improve focus, speed, and alignment.
- Own Reporting & KPIs: define usage metrics and KPIs per product line, and build attribution models to link product usage to business impact.
- Create and evolve the Product Playbook, including structured approaches for discovery, validation, upselling, cross-selling, and Go-To-Market enablement (with Presales, Sales, and CS).
- Drive core Product org processes: roadmap planning, product reviews, alignment rituals across teams and levels, knowledge management with the Go-To-Market…
- Coordinate key cross-functional processes, including the Pain System to capture and act on feedback from CS, Sales, and Support.
- Lead administrative tasks to ensure organisation efficiency
What We’re Looking For
You’re likely a great fit if you:
- Strong systems thinker: you can connect dots across teams and build processes that scale.
- Excellent analytical skills: you’re comfortable working with data, building dashboards, and defining success metrics.
- You have a builder mindset: proactive, structured, and excited to bring clarity where there’s ambiguity.
- Experienced in working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, CS, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Productboard, Amplitude, and Looker is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy, Project Manager, or Program Management roles—ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Bonus if you’ve helped build or scale a product operations function before
Bonus Points if You:
- Have worked with HR tech or similar domains.
- Have experience working in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant.
- Have a solid technical understanding to bridge the gap between product and business
Compensation 💰
The salary range for this position is between 30.000€ and 45.000€. We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
