As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll guide new customers through their Factorial journey—making sure they’re confident, supported, and fully set up to get the most out of our platform.
You’ll be the bridge between clients, Product, Sales, and Customer Success—turning insights into better experiences and helping shape how our product evolves.
Welcome and onboard new DACH clients through video calls & email
Build a personalized onboarding journey shaped by each customer’s need
Understand how our clients work - and help translate their processes into Factorial
Spot challenges, identify opportunities, and share insights to improve the experience
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and CS teams to continuously enhance the client journey
Help define and scale onboarding processes that make the experience smoother and faster
Clients are fully activated and using Factorial to its full potential.
High client satisfaction and positive feedback.
Scalable processes that shorten onboarding times.
Actionable insights shared with Product.
Native/fluent German & English
Experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Support (SaaS is a big plus!)
Proactive, curious, and excited to solve problems
A fast learner - comfortable with product changes
Ownership mindset: You care deeply about client success
HR knowledge is a plus (not a must!)
