Hello! 👋

At Factorial we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager for the French Market.

Your mission will be to position Factorial as the no-brainer solution for SMBs in France and lead effective GTM strategies that grow our business.


This position is aimed to senior profiles but we are open to evaluating mid profiles too 🙂


Who you’ll be working with

You will be part of the Product Marketing team. An international and dynamic team with different backgrounds but, most importantly, a bunch of really good and fun people.


There is a Product Marketing Manager per market: Dani (🇪🇸), Marialuisa (🇮🇹), Bea (🇵🇹), Guillem (🇺🇸) and a TBH (🇩🇪). Carmen, Head of Product Marketing, leads this team. Previously, she managed product teams at Factorial for 2 years (she’s also writing this job description talking about herself in the third person). The team reports to Laura, our Head of Marketing and previous Director of PMM.


Product Marketing connects the commercial side of the organization with the product side. Expect to work closely with customer-facing teams (Customer Experience, Sales, Operations), Marketing teams (Inbound, Performance, Brand) and Product, as you do with your PMM peers.

A day in the PMM life

The day-to-day will vary a lot, we promise you won’t get bored. You will see yourself switching between strategic tasks, like planning how to invest the budget for your next GTM campaign or preparing a new product release, to more tactical ones, such as creating pitch decks or preparing trainings for the sales teams.


You will also do a lot of project management and continuous communication to ensure alignment among teams. A big part of your mission is to not let things fall through the cracks.


You’ll come almost every day to our Barcelona office to meet face to face and work with Sales, CX and Marketing teams. You’ll have flexibility to WFH some days during the week and in special seasons (Winter holidays, Summer).


Who you are

  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You have 3-5 years of product marketing, marketing or product experience.
  • You are great communicator and care about proper messaging no matter the channel: presentations, public speaking, giving feedback to the team, etc.
  • You pay attention to details and are obsessed with creating top quality content only.
  • You’re good at project management and coordination of teams.
  • You are a curious, adaptable and proactive person, willing to learn everything you can no matter the definition of your role.
  • You are business driven. You love to look at data to obtain insights that will help you to discover opportunities for growth and bottlenecks that need to be solved.
  • You are not shy to ask questions or give feedback to others.


Your responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product.
  • Create and maintain product value propositions and key messaging documents.
  • Collaborate with the inbound marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product updates and new features in coordination with product teams.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and testimonials to support marketing efforts.
