At Factorial we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Finance vertical. Our plans are ambitious: we want to 3x our Financial suite revenue in 2025 (Expense Management, Project Management and Accounting) and launch 2 new products.

Who you’ll be working with
You will be part of the Product Marketing team. An international and dynamic team with different backgrounds but, most importantly, a bunch of really good and fun people.
There are 4 Product Marketing Managers in the team: Dani, Marialuisa, Laura and Guillem, and we're looking for two more (Finance and Talent).
Carmen, Head of Product Marketing, leads the team. Previously, she managed product teams at Factorial for 2 years (and she’s writing this job description talking about herself in the third person). The team reports to Laura, our Head of Marketing and previous Director of Product Marketing.
At Factorial, Product Marketing connects the commercial side of the organization with the product side. Expect to work as closely with customer-facing teams (Customer Experience, Sales, Operations), Marketing teams (Inbound, Performance, Brand) and Product, especially Finance's Product Director, Valeria, as you do with your PMM peers.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Factorial, you will:
- Lead GTM strategies of new product launches by ideating, planning and forecasting the business impact of them. This goes from coming up with the creative concepts and storytelling with Brand to assessing the ROI of the campaign with Marketing Directors of each market.
- Coordinating with a wide amount of stakeholders (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Partners, external agencies) to align on launch plans, timelines, actions and priorities.
- Drive GTM campaigns project management and follow-ups to make sure deadlines are met, stakeholders are aligned and business results are achieved.
- Overseeing our marketing actions are brand consistent, accurate, and aligned with our product positioning. From ads, to freebies, to reports. Ensure messaging is right.
- Conduct research on competitors and customers by organizing interviews, running surveys, and analyzing data. Identify market trends too.
- Create and maintain product assets and sales materials, like pitch decks, landing pages or battlecards for sales teams.
- Collaborate with product teams in roadmap planning and validation by providing relevant market and customer insights.
- Work with the Presales team to conduct internal product trainings for Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing, ensuring the team understands value, use cases, and key differentiators.
- Create Product Updates for our public product changelog to clients.
- Analyze data to discover insights and propose opportunities to boost our product growth.
- Develop briefings for marketing actions and scripts for product presentations and videos.
- Work hand in hand with the Brand team to create product assets, especially product videos and motions.
- Define Pricing and Packaging proposals, along with the Product team, for new and existing products of our portfolio.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing to gather customer stories, testimonials, and case studies that support product narratives.
As you can see, the day-to-day will varies a lot - switching between very strategic to the more tactical tasks. We promise you won’t get bored!
What We’re Looking For

- You have 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing in SaaS or similar roles, with a proven track record of launching products to market with business impact.
- You have successfully managed large projects with many stakeholders and teams, especially GTM Campaigns and Product Launches. You don’t let anything fall through the cracks.
- You are business-driven. You know how to analyze business data to find insights and opportunities for growth.
- You are a great communicator and storyteller.
- You’re versatile, a generalist with product, marketing, and business skills. You feel confident doing some data analysis now, a design later, and a video script tomorrow.
- You pay attention to details and are obsessed with generating top-quality outputs.
- You’re an expert in competitive intelligence research and becoming the voice of the customer.
- You are a curious, adaptable, and proactive person.
- You excel at speaking English, and you also speak one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese (native or C2 level).
