Product Growth Lead

This is Carmen from Factorial and I am seeking a Product Growth Lead. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of driving business growth from X to Y.

The role is a unique opportunity in one of the fastest growing SaaS in Europe, offering one of the few genuine Product Led Growth (PLG) roles in the B2B space. You’d own the entire customer journey: product trial, self-serve, activation, onboarding and expansion.

In addition, what makes this position truly special is that it's the only role in Factorial where you'll be both the team manager (Engineering and design would report to you) while acting as the IC Product Manager. Essentially, you’d be running your own business within Factorial.

• Ambitious goal: we plan to 3x our customer revenue this year. Cross-selling to your clients is key and the product is the best tool to do so. Looking at the next 2-3 years, we plan to captura 50K companies, there’s no way to do that without a self-serve motion and PLG approach.
• PLG in B2B is scarce: growth in B2C? Easy! But what about B2B? That’s harder to find. At Factorial, there’s +12K companies with almost 1M users you can impact.
• You’ll grow: the room for you to make business impact is huge. If you make it, you’ll grow. You’,l manage a bigger team, with a bigger scope.
• Unique role: both in nature (being an PM IC and Manager at the same time), and within the company (there’s no similar role in the product team). This roles provides a 360 view of Factorial’s business, product lines and continuous collaboration with GTM teams (Sales, CX, Marketing, Operations, Finance).

Who you’ll be working with 👩‍🎤

The team is currently led by Pablo Gutiérrez, our Swiss Army knife acting as both Engineering Manager and Product Manager, this team stands out for its proactiveness, fast execution, entrepreneurial mindset and creativity (don't get me talking on Musical Kudos...). Last and most importantly, they're a joy to work with.

You will join forces with the talented Amalia González, Chloé Dumit, Rubén Pérez on the tech side, and David García will be your design partner in crime.

This team (and you) reports to Carmen, Head of Product Marketing and Product Growth. Previously, Product Director of the Time and Payroll domain at Factorial (and she’s also writing this job description talking about herself in the third person).

Lastly, you can expect to work with peers from the Operations, Finance, Marketing and Product teams on a daily basis. Due to the scope this team owns, you'll have many stakeholders to collaborate with. Therefore, you have to be excellent at communication, creating strong relationships and project coordination.

Requirements 📄

I’m looking for a passionate and driven Product Leader with the following experience and skills. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t check all of them:

• Product Sense: A strong understanding of product design principles and a passion for building user-centric products.
• Business Acumen: You’ve built business or are a product leader with data-driven approach focuses on achieving business outcomes.
• Growth experiences: You bring a track record of growing business/products from X to Y.
• Prioritization & Execution: Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the most impactful initiatives. A practical, results-oriented approach.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience building and mentoring teams is a plus. Entrepreneurial experience or previous leadership roles are highly valued.
• PLG: Ideally, you have experience with Product Led Growth in B2B and have worked on self-serve, onboarding or cross-selling initiatives.

Compensation 💰

This role compensation can vary can vary depending on your skills, experience and proven impact. It’s fair to say that the range we’re offering is within 70.000€ to 90.000€.
