The Role 💻

As a Product Leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for your assigned area. This includes:

• Roadmap Ownership: Defining and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Execution: Leading the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
• Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and product releases.
• Business Impact: Owning the business outcomes for your product area, including revenue, user growth, and customer satisfaction. This includes budget management and forecasting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various teams across Factorial to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

Requirements 📄

We're looking for a passionate and driven Product Leader with the following experience and skills:

• Product Sense: A strong understanding of product design principles and a passion for building user-centric products.
• Market Acumen: Experience conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities for product innovation.
• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams. ¹ You should be able to evaluate the cost and complexity of different technical solutions.
• Business Acumen: A data-driven approach to product management with a focus on achieving business outcomes. Experience with SaaS pricing models and forecasting is highly desirable.
• Go-to-Market Experience: Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Prioritization & Execution: Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the most impactful initiatives. A practical, results-oriented approach.
• Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience building and mentoring teams is a plus. Entrepreneurial experience or previous leadership roles (e.g., CEO, CTO, CPO) are highly valued, as is demonstrated success in recruiting and influencing talent.

Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is between 100.000€ (80.000€ fix + 20.000€ based on performance payed quarterly) and 135.00€ (100.000€ fix + 35000€ based on performance payed quarterly). We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
