The Role 📜

Product Content is essential to communicate and inform our customers about which product we offer, and to create engagement between customers and Factorial. Our main focus is to create content to share the value proposition of our features and clarify the problem we solve for the world. We create this content through Help Center, product localization, public pages, customer marketing, product enablement, and some other projects that help improve retention and customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing:

  • Design and implement initiatives and projects that retain the existing base delivering on core KPIs with an emphasis on Customer Lifetime Value, customer engagement, customer satisfaction, and churn mitigation.
  • Manage and improve the customer lifecycle across multiple channels.
  • Create relevant and impactful messaging for different customer segments by using customer insights and data to communicate new product launches.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly plans that maximize customer revenue through effective and targeted up-sell, cross-sell, and increased product penetration.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of these projects against agreed KPIs.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and threats and propose appropriate actions that can then become targeted activities to engage and grow the base.
  • Extensive and effective operational team working with various stakeholders across the business, such as the Sales, Customer Experience, and Product Teams among others.

Your Profile 🧐

  • You will be managing an international team, so English is a must.
  • Previous working experience as a Content Manager, Customer Marketing Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company.
  • Strong track record of achievement (demonstrated through - greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, fast track promotions)
  • Strong execution knowledge across various marketing /channels (e.g. Email, Help Center, Web Pages, etc.)
  • Ability to bring a message strategy together in a way that tells a clear and engaging story around Factorial’s value proposition to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • CRM and customer journey management (funnel optimization, nurturing, scoring, etc.)
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented. You’re hard-working, motivated to make a big impact, and you persevere until the job is done.
  • Ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Initiative and growth mindset. You often come up with ingenious ways to reach your goals. In addition, you’re constantly analyzing the market to implement new ideas and opportunities.

  • Experience in the B2B Saas industry
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Previous Product Localization experience.
  • Work ethics, continuous learning ambition, and motivation to join a fast moving high-performance team
