This is strategic leadership position that will shape the future of our onboarding process for big accounts, set the tone for long-lasting client relationships, and directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

The role demands a combination of strategic oversight, project management expertise and a deep understanding of customer success. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineers, finance, account managers, tech support and everyone needed to ensure that every customer’s unique needs are met, their expectations exceeded, and that they are positioned for long-term success with our platform.

You will drive the implementation and setup strategy of Factorial, ensuring that clients successfully transition from initial purchase to active, engaged users.


Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Onboarding journey;
- Pre Sales engagement & expectation management;
- Solution design and customer requirements analysis;
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication;
- Risk and issue management;
- Training and product adoption;
- Performance tracking and reporting;
- Continuous improvement of the onboarding process.


Requirements
- Relevant project management experience with a focus on SaaS, HR Software or similar;
- Familiarity with HR processes, payroll and employee management is a plus;
- Comfortable with SaaS platforms and using project management tools (Gantt charts, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc);
- Fluent in english. Proficiency in other languages is a plus;
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously;
- Client oriented mindset, focused on delivering value;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Any related certification is a Plus: PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.
