Hello! π
At Factorial we're looking for a People Enablement Partner to be the strategic people partner for our Sales, CX, Channel, and Marketing organisation. GTM at Factorial is a high-growth, high-ambition environment with diverse teams, complex incentive structures, and leaders who move fast. We need someone who understands the GTM world from the inside.
What you'll do
Be the embedded people partner for VPs and Directors across Sales, CX, Channel, and Marketing - challenging and advising, not just executing requests
Design career paths that make sense for commercial roles: SDR to AE to TL, CSM tracks, partner roles
Handle ER cases with speed and the business context to make the right call - PIPs, conflict, attrition risk
Build engagement in a function where attrition is structural and costly - diagnose signals early and act with leaders
Track and interpret the people metrics that matter: attrition by team, time to ramp, engagement scores, and connect them to business outcomes
Navigate the people implications of multi-market expansion across Spain, DACH, Portugal, Italy, and France
Work transversally across the People team - partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities and pipeline, with People Operations on offboarding and employment matters, with Engagement on culture and retention initiatives, and with Talent Development on career paths and calibrations. You'll work autonomously but never in isolation - this role sits at the intersection of all People functions
What we're looking for
7+ years as an HRBP, with meaningful experience in GTM, Sales, or CX functions at a company with 500+ people or significant commercial complexity
Deep understanding of commercial team dynamics β quotas, commission structures, ramp-up, the pressure of a sales environment
Data-fluent: you can translate people data into something a Sales VP will actually act on
Credible with commercial leaders β you hold your ground, speak the language of revenue and targets, and build trust with people who don't naturally look to HR for answers
Experience navigating multi-country environments across at least two European markets
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus
How do we work together
You'll report directly to the VP of People and operate as a senior individual contributor - owning your area end to end while collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Engagement, and Talent Development. The model is simple: you lead the people agenda for GTM, and you pull in the right people at the right time to deliver it.

About Factorial π
Factorial is the AI for Business that knows companies, connects how work happens across the business, and turns that context into action.
Founded in Barcelona in 2016, we now have +1,700 employees serving more than 16,000 companies across 112 countries.
Factorial started with a simple idea: companies were spending too much time managing processes and not enough time doing the work they were hired to do: their best work.
But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesnβt know your company. Every time, you have to give it the context.
Factorial is different. Because itβs inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports.
AI isnβt the goal. Giving people back their time is.
When work changes, so do we.
We believe in diverse talent: we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and strongly encourage people of diverse experiences and identities to apply.
We believe in inclusion: we are committed to equal opportunities and actively promote workplace inclusion of people with disabilities. If you would like to learn more about our inclusive recruitment processes, you are welcome to indicate so optionally and we will share additional information with you.
Our values π«
We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses.
We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and, above all, share it.
We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other.
We grow fast: We act fast. We think that the worst mistake is not learning from them.
