Payroll Partner Consultant Spanish Market

At Factorial we're looking for a new Payroll Partner Consultant for the Spanish Market to ensure our clients have the best onboarding experience.

The Role
You will be responsible for supporting our Bookeeper Partners, training and advising them on Factorial’s payroll solution and latest updates, ensuring our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs . You’ll also support client onboarding, gather feedback, and collaborate with other payroll consultants in the Spanish market.  One of your greatest challenges will be to ensure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.

What will you be doing

• Own and strengthen the Bookkeeper partnership, acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating efforts across the team.
• Onboard Clients and Bookkeeper Partners to our payroll product by assisting them via video calls and email until Factorial is fully implemented in their organisation.
• Take a consultative approach to offer clients and Bookkeeper Partners customised experience in setting up their accounts.
• Understand our Bookkeeper Partners' and Clients' needs and challenges and gather their feedback.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance our payroll product—you’ll have a direct impact on the solutions we create!
• Share insights for improvement to help us shape the best client journey.

Your profile🧐

• Knowledge of Spanish payroll is essential.
• Language skills: Native-level Spanish speaker and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proactivity: You will need to find effective ways to ensure accounts are fully activated, providing clients with a seamless implementation experience.
• Fast Learner: You can quickly become an expert on the software and easily stay up to date on product improvements.
• Problem-solving mindset: You’re able to propose alternative solutions and workarounds for unexpected client requests.
• Analytical skills: While onboarding clients, you’ll need to understand the specifics of the market and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for our Product team.
• Experience: Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Owner, or Client Success Specialist is a plus.
