That's why we're hiring a Partnerships Sales Team Lead RoW (Rest of the World), whose mission is to close high-impact deals themselves AND build the team that scales our partner ecosystem across new markets.
We're looking for a hands-on, multilingual B2B SaaS partnerships expert who leads from the frontlines - carrying their own quota while developing a cross-market team of Partnership Account Executives. This is a role for a player-coach who is as energized by closing a deal as by enabling others to do the same.
As we expand into new strategic markets—including the UK&I, Middle East, Poland, Africa, South-Eastern and Central-Eastern Europe—it’s essential that you bring direct experience operating within some of these regions in a B2B SaaS context, along with a strong understanding of their commercial and cultural nuances.

What will you be doing?
Personally close high-value partnership deals across RoW markets (UK, Middle East, Africa, Poland, South-Eastern Europe and other expanding regions). You carry your own quota, own the full sales cycle, and see deals through from first call to signed contract.
Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-market team of Partnership Account Executives, each owning their own region and quota within a decentralized, matrix structure.
Step in as a senior closer alongside PAEs on complex or strategic deals - you lead from the frontline, not from the sidelines.
Define and execute the partnerships go-to-market strategy across ROW markets, ensuring alignment with company goals and regional growth priorities.
Identify, recruit, and develop a strong partner ecosystem - partners who sell, implement, and support Factorial. Build and scale an effective reseller and distribution network to drive revenue and customer success in emerging regions.
Create the commercial infrastructure: partner onboarding plans, marketing development plans, and enablement frameworks.
Oversee regular partner interactions (calls, demos, business reviews) to drive performance and satisfaction.
Drive upsell opportunities across the partner network based on client needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership.

Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading and developing a sales team. You lead by example - your team closes more because they watch you close. Comfortable operating in matrix structures with cross-market complexity.
Sales Expertise: 5+ years in B2B Sales, preferably SaaS, with a strong personal closing track record. Experienced in managing pipelines, forecasting, and hitting targets at both personal and team level.
Market Experience: Direct experience working one or more of the following strategic markets: UK&I, Middle East, Poland, Africa, South-Eastern and Central-Eastern Europe within a B2B SaaS context. You understand local business dynamics, can navigate cross-cultural environments, and know how to adapt go-to-market and partnership strategies to different regional realities.
Partnerships & Channel Sales: Proven ability to develop and execute indirect sales strategies through partners (e.g. resellers, affiliates, agencies, or technology partners), including onboarding, enablement, and joint revenue generation in a SaaS business model.
Communication & Languages: Exceptional communicator - you build trust fast, internally and externally. Fluent English is a must, plus additional languages from RoW markets (French, Portuguese, Polish, Greek…). The more the merrier!
Location Readiness: Based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate)

Knowledge of HR tech / SaaS / Payroll environments.
Experience leading partnerships, channel sales, or reseller teams across multiple markets.
Experience working with distribution partners.
