The Role 🐜
As part of the Strategy team, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships, ensuring that partners and their clients successfully implement Factorial, and optimizing operational processes. One of your key challenges will be to ensure our product meets the needs of different clients while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
What will you be doing:
- Manage Partner Relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for partners, assisting in onboarding, implementation, and client troubleshooting.
- Design, deliver, and manage training programs to equip partners for selling, implementing, and supporting Factorial.
- Maintain and improve training formats (live and self-paced) within an LMS for scalability
- Address partner contract, invoicing, and upsell/down-sell needs.
- Gather and document product feedback from partners and clients.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize and communicate product improvements.
- Manage special projects such as API integrations.
- Optimize operational processes, including ticketing systems and partner onboarding workflows.
Your Profile 🤔
- Proactivity: Find ways to ensure partner activation and client success with Factorial.
- Fast Learner: Quickly become an expert on the software and keep up with product updates.
- Problem-solving mindset: Propose alternative solutions to unexpected partner and client requests.
- Analytical skills: Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
- Speak native-level French.
- Fluent English.
- Previous experience in partner training, onboarding, implementation, or payroll is highly valuable.
- 3-5 years of similar work experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!

Structured Career Paths & Salary from 35.000 to 45.000 OTEs (80% fix + 20% uncapped variables).
