Our partners are HR Consultants, IT Consultants, and more, who introduce Factorial’s HR solutions to their clients. When our partners are successful, so are we. As a Partner Success Manager German Market, you’ll ensure our partners have everything they need to thrive with Factorial.

The Role 📜

• Onboard and support our DACH partners with all enabling resources, from demo accounts to sales collateral, via video calls and email, ensuring Factorial’s products integrate smoothly into their business processes.
• Act as a bridge between our partners and internal teams like Product, Strategy & Partnerships, and Customer Success, relaying feedback and improvement points to help refine our software for the German market.
• Provide ongoing training for partners to help them understand Factorial’s features and best practices, enabling them to deliver seamless solutions to their clients.
• Troubleshoot issues for partners, ensuring quick solutions for any technical or operational problems that arise.

• Bilingual: You’re a native German speaker with strong English skills to collaborate across teams.
