At Factorial we are seeking a rockstar marketeer to own the Partners Demand Generation strategy of Factorial in Spain. The Partner team is growing and we need a person who wants to build the relationship with our partners by creating the right marketing strategies with them.
This position is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the necessary skills to build the long-term vision for channel demand generation as well as the day-to-day operations of creating, updating and running multiple campaigns with a keen eye towards demand KPIs.
This is a mid-level role with significant autonomy, ownership, and a direct impact on revenue.
What will you be doing 📋:
- Lead the LATAM marketing team, including direct management of the SEO & Content Specialist.
- Oversee SEO initiatives and blog development to increase organic search visibility
- Measure the performance of campaigns and projects through custom dashboards in HubSpot, ensuring effective tracking of KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, lead conversion rate, and business opportunity generation.
- Own marketing plans with key partners in Spain, covering online/offline demand generation and brand awareness (e.g., events, webinars, promotions).
- Working daily with the Partner AMs of the Channel team to jointly detect weaknesses and apply strategies to achieve the team's goals

- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, easily adapting to new technologies and platforms to plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.
- Experience with collaborating with 2nd and 3rd parties
- Entrepreneur mindset - high energy and business hungry.
