At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Development Manager for the Portuguese Market to help us support and scale our Partnerships team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of building and growing our partner ecosystem in the HR space, you'll be in charge of identifying and onboarding new strategic partners, managing the full partnership cycle from first contact to onboarding, and being the key point of contact for our partners and their clients.

What you'll do πŸ“

  • Search for new potential partners and manage the full partnership cycle, from first contact to onboarding into our partners program.

  • Identify and build strong relationships with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space (our partners sell, implement and support Factorial).

  • Owning strategy & execution for business plans with partners.

  • Be the key point of contact of several of our partners.

  • Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with all your partners and their clients keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems that they may have.

  • Gather feedback from our partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities in to further develop our partnership channel.

  • Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.

Your Profile:

  • Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in Sales/B2B within a SaaS-based company, digital transformation environment, or strategy/management consulting.

  • You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.

  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.

  • A proficient level of Portuguese is required & professional English. We are international!

Bonus Points:

  • You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.

  • Experience with partnership or channel sales.

  • You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.

  • Experience in full cycle Sales B2B.

  • Experience dealing with SMBs.
