At Factorial, we're looking for a driven Partner Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline generation with our partners across Spain.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships and GTM. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Partner Account Managers and strategic partners to design and execute initiatives that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue and help partners grow their business with Factorial.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll own the demand generation strategy for your partner portfolio, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact.
Own the pipeline generation strategy for a portfolio of strategic partners in Spain, aligning business plans with shared revenue goals.
Design and execute joint GTM initiatives across multiple channels (events, webinars, campaigns, partner enablement, outbound plays and other growth initiatives) to generate qualified pipeline.
Partner closely with Partner Account Managers to identify pipeline gaps, define growth opportunities and continuously optimize partner performance.
Track, analyze and improve pipeline performance through CRM dashboards, monitoring funnel conversion, pipeline creation, influenced revenue and ROI.
Build scalable demand generation playbooks that can be replicated across partners and continuously test new growth initiatives.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
Act as the main owner of pipeline generation performance for your partner portfolio.
Native Spanish and excellent English.
Strong business mindset with a clear understanding of pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Operations.
Highly organized, proactive and data-driven, with strong ownership and execution skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action.
Able to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and make decisions autonomously.
Passionate about building scalable growth strategies and continuously improving results.
Experience in B2B SaaS, Demand Generation, Partnerships, Sales or Growth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve GTM execution, content creation, analysis or operational efficiency
Experience owning pipeline or revenue-related KPIs.
Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot.
Experience managing co-marketing or co-selling initiatives with partners.
Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong bias for execution.
