🎯 The Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities coming through our partner ecosystem. You’ll be working alongside experienced Partner Account Executives to generate demand and book meetings with potential clients sourced via partnerships.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven team, learning how channel sales and demand generation intersect to drive exponential growth.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Engage Leads: Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (via email, LinkedIn, video, and cold calls) to connect with leads from our partner ecosystem.
Qualify Opportunities: Assess incoming leads from partners and qualify them to be handed off to Partner Account Executives.
Support Partnerships: Collaborate with Partner AEs to ensure a smooth lead handoff and excellent partner experience.
Get Creative: Experiment with new approaches to outbound and partner-influenced lead generation.
Be Insight-Driven: Learn about the Portuguese HR market and help identify high-potential business segments.
Tools of the Trade: Use top-notch sales tools (CRM, automation platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to drive efficiency and performance.

🧠 Your Profile
Language: Native Portuguese speaker with at least a B2 level of English (written and spoken)
Mindset: Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
Personality: Confident communicator, fearless on the phone, creative thinker, and natural connector
Ambition: Interested in growing within the sales or partnerships ecosystem at Factorial
Passion: Tech-savvy and excited about digital innovation in HR
✨ Bonus Points
Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and sales automation tools
A background in partnerships, business, or international studies is a plus
Experience studying or working abroad
