We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager DACH market to strengthen and scale our partner ecosystem across the DACH region.

Be the main point of contact for partners across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Support onboarding, implementation, and client troubleshooting.
Manage partner and client requests (contracts, invoicing, upsells/downsells).
Build long-term, trusted relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Streamline partner support and ticketing processes.
Ensure consistency and scalability across partner operations.
Design, deliver, and manage training programs to ensure partners are ready to sell, implement, and support Factorial’s solutions.
Improve and expand training formats (live, virtual, and self-paced).
Streamline content in an LMS for scalability and partner convenience.
Track partner certification and provide support during onboarding and learning sessions.
Collect feedback to continuously improve training experiences.
Capture product insights directly from partners and their clients.
Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize improvements based on DACH market needs.
Keep partners updated on product launches, leveraging marketing and automation tools.
Create mechanisms to make partners feel part of the Factorial rocketship.
Continuously find new ways to bring value to partners and help them grow their business with Factorial.
Contribute ideas and processes to make the Factorial Partner Ecosystem the best in the industry.
High partner satisfaction and retention across the DACH region.
Smooth onboarding and faster certification completion.
Strong adoption of Factorial’s tools and integrations.
Clear partner insights driving product improvements.
Efficient, scalable partner management processes.
You are fluent in German (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
You have 2+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or customer success (SaaS or B2B experience is a strong advantage).
You excel at building relationships and communicating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
You’re a problem solver who can navigate technical and operational challenges.
You’re detail-oriented and structured when handling contracts, invoices, and processes.
You thrive in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Enablement).
