The Role 📜
The Paid Marketing Specialist Intern will support the marketing team in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The role offers hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, providing valuable insights into the mechanics of online advertising and campaign management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Create strategies on the main social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Create, manage, and track Social Ads campaigns, as well as campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, among others..
- Work closely with the inbound marketing and sales teams to define objectives and follow-up on agreed roadmaps.
- Support in the creation of content for ads: Create briefings to create scripts for videos, banners…
Your Profile:
- You are a proficient in Spanish & fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required
- We are looking for someone who’s proactive and eager to learn, and has the capacity to adapt to new challenges with a positive attitude.
- You have strong analytical skills, and know how to prioritize your tasks.
