At Factorial we're looking for a new Office Administrator to help us boost the company’s growth to the next level.

The Role 

  • Administrate the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and inventory management.
  • Ensure a clean and professional work space.
  • Assist in the organization and planning of internal meetings and events.
  • Oversee the receipt and dispatch of mail and packages.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of administrative support staff, cleaning staff, and maintenance personnel.
  • Create and implement office guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships and control office expenses.
  • Provide support to various teams as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful attitude. You're a people person.
  • Technical mind.
  • Active and ready to be on the move throughout the day.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Love to come to the office every day (no remote options).
  • Flexible availability for evening shifts when needed (if there is an activity, event or emergency). Most events and after-works are in the afternoon.
