The Growth Product team is the most impactful team at Factorial, because we work across the entire customer journey: from enhancing the platform that our sales team uses to demonstrate Factorial, to creating upselling experiences that help customers discover new products and streamlining the onboarding process of new companies.
Imagine building something that helps our sales team improve their conversion rate by 10%, or designing an automated process that enables our specialists to handle five times more clients each week. These are the types of projects that drive over $1M in annual recurring revenue, and they are led by the Growth Product team.
You will join forces with awesome talent like Amalia González, Chloé Dumit, Rubén Pérez, Pablo Gutiérrez and David García.
Our projects are built in React with TypeScript and Ruby on Rails. Usually our tasks are 75% of Frontend and 25% is Backend.
At Factorial transparency is in our DNA, people at the same rank will receive the same salary and all the salary ranks are public. As Mid the total compensation of this position is 42.800€/yearly plus ESOPs.
The yearly compensation is broken down in two parts: 40.000€ base salary and a variable of 2.800€. Variable compensation is paid based on business results and product quality and It's paid on a quarterly basis (700€/quarter).

1. Talent Interview (1h) The first thing is to get to know each other and give you the chance to ask any questions you have about Factorial. Treat this interview as an informal conversation, so don’t be nervous. You can ask anything you want!
2. Challenge (8h max.) We need to validate your knowledge before joining Factorial. The challenge is pretty simple, we will evaluate your coding process, your ability to write clean code, your ability to analyze and test your solution, your decision making and your capacity to prioritize.
3. Presentation (1h) Once you finish the challenge, we’ll do a second interview so you can present your challenge to the team.
4. Offer Letter If everything plays out, we’ll make you a formal offer based on all the steps above.
