The Role
- Conducting market research, gathering information and negotiating contracts with suppliers for event management.
- Design and development of scheduled events, including organizing the facilities, managing all event details such as decoration,catering, entertainment, transport, location, guest list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and security obligations arising from the management of the event.
- Collaborate with internal communications staff to promote the event.
- Proactively manage any issues that arise and resolve any problems that occur on the day of the event.
- Carry out evaluations once the event has finished and implement improvement actions.
Your Profile
- German Proficient level, Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills to manage several projects at the same time.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Nice to have: Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Dato or Figma
- Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required
